SELECTED is seeking a Senior Product Director to own the commercial product agenda across Buying, Design, Sourcing and Sustainability. You will be a full member of the Executive Management Team and shape SELECTED's future product strategy for international markets, both DTC and B2B.

You will define and protect value, build a strong product organisation, and drive clarity, focus and execution across the full lifecycle. Relocation support is offered for international candidates.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience with a profitable product portfolio.
• Strong commercial product sense across multiple channels and markets.

Responsabilités

• Own and drive the global commercial product strategy across Buying, Design, Sourcing and Sustainability.
• Lead Buying, Design, Sourcing and Sustainability as one integrated function.
• Define assortment, pricing and margin architecture.
• Establish clear decision making frameworks and ownership.
• Define and optimise the end to end product operating model.
