Ambu is seeking a Corporate Legal Counsel to support the business globally from its headquarters in Ballerup. You will provide corporate, international contracts and commercial legal support, reporting to the Vice President, General Counsel, and work with a dedicated, collaborative legal team.
The role requires a master’s degree in law and 2+ years of counselling experience, with solid knowledge of stock exchange regulations and company law.

You will report to the Vice President, General Counsel and work from Ambu’s headquarter in Ballerup. You will become part of a legal team consisting of dedicated and skilled colleagues where a high level of competence, humor and execution is part of everyday life.
