Arla Foods invites graduates to join the F15 Graduate Programme, a two-year, international development track designed to fast‑track leadership potential. You will rotate through Marketing, Sales, HR, Strategy, Sustainability, Business Development, and Supply Chain, with eight-month assignments in Aarhus and beyond.

You will build a global network, work on meaningful projects, and gain the experience and confidence to shape Arla's future. Start date is 1 September 2027.

Qualifications

• Graduates who completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree between September 2025 and September 2027.
• International experience from studying, working or volunteering abroad is an advantage.
• Willing to relocate for rotations and be globally mobile.
• Interest in leadership and a business-focused career.
