Cari in Denmark seeks a Director of Inspection & Recalls to lead a global team of specialists responsible for health authority inspections and recall responses. You will shape readiness, strategy, and execution across units, balancing data, automation and human judgement.

You will drive continuous improvement, build trusted relationships with regulators and partners, and ensure quality and compliance remain at the center of all actions in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience leading and developing specialists.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical quality, regulatory, or manufacturing environments.
• Experience with inspection readiness, recall management, or health authority interactions (EMA, DKMA, FDA).
• Ability to translate strategy into clear priorities and actions.
• Sound judgement under risk and competing priorities.
• Excellent communication with senior leaders and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Set direction for Inspection & Recalls and translate quality strategy into actionable priorities.
• Lead, coach and develop experts, ensuring accountability while leveraging expertise.
• Maintain a strong, consistent approach to inspections across Good Practice areas.
