Job summary

Bavarian Nordic A/S is seeking a Group Compliance Manager to service as the center of compliance excellence across the Group. You will conduct third-party due diligence, provide business-line compliance advice, and support investigations, training, and data privacy documentation.

This newly established role translates Group Compliance requirements into practical, well-documented processes and supports stakeholders across functions and regions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in law, finance/accounting, business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ in-house corporate compliance experience.
• Hands-on experience in due diligence, case management, and compliance training.
• Regulated-industry experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct third-party due diligence screenings and report findings.
• Provide business-line compliance advice to mitigate risks.
• Support investigations, training, and data privacy documentation.
