Job summary

Paiblock, the world’s oldest blockchain company, is seeking a GenAI Specialist based in our Copenhagen office to design, build, and operate AI systems that guide customers with safe, personalized experiences.

You will own end-to-end AI capabilities from design to deployment, collaborating with product, data, and engineering teams to turn complex customer problems into practical, reliable solutions across internal APIs, data sources, and customer journeys.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Python engineering experience in production systems.
• Experience with tool use, orchestration, routing, state management.
• Experience with AI solutions integration to production APIs and data.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Databricks in production.
• Experience designing AI evaluations, metrics, and monitoring.
• Strong cloud, security, and API design practices.
• Excellent communication to explain trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Design and build production-grade agentic workflows.
• Integrate AI with internal APIs and data sources.
• Establish evaluation, testing, observability practices.
• Set technical direction across models, frameworks, security.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and engineers to deliver solutions.
