Job summary

WealthGuard USA's Copenhagen studio is seeking a talented Game Developer to design, code and implement engaging new games for players. You will work closely with a creative team to create smooth gameplay using Unity or Unreal Engine, writing clean, documented C/C++ code and optimizing performance across platforms.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and at least 2 years of professional game development experience. Visa sponsorship is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in game development.
• Proficiency in C++, C or other programming languages used in game development.
• Experience with Unity or Unreal Engine.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Passion for gaming and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the creative team to design and implement new game features.
• Write clean, efficient and well-documented code for games using Unity or Unreal Engine.
• Debug and troubleshoot technical issues in the codebase.
• Optimize game performance for different platforms.
• Test and refine gameplay mechanics to ensure an enjoyable user experience.
