CUBE84 is seeking a Full Stack Developer (MERN) to own front-to-back development. You’ll build UI with React/Next.js, implement APIs with Node/Express, and model data in MongoDB and SQL databases. Expect AWS deployments, robust testing, and active collaboration with QA and clients.

We value strong TypeScript/JavaScript craftsmanship, Next.js app router expertise, and the ability to design scalable data models and efficient queries. This role combines hands-on coding with architectural thinking.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of professional full-stack JavaScript experience, with at least 2 years on the MERN stack.
• Strong TypeScript and modern JavaScript skills, including ES6+ and async patterns.
• Experience shipping React to production with hooks, state management, and scalable component design.
• Experience shipping Next.js to production: App Router, SSR/SSG, server components, route handlers.
• Solid Node.js/Express API design, JWT/OAuth, validation, error handling, and logging.
• Ability to design MongoDB schemas, indexes, and aggregation pipelines; and SQL schemas with joins.

Full Stack Developer (MERN)

Then, our Full Stack Developer role here at CUBE84 may interest you.

In this gig,

1. Front to back, you've got it - You'll build and maintain web apps with React, Next.js, Node.js, Express, and TypeScript. One day it's a server component in the App Router. The next day it's an Express middleware that validates a payload before it hits the database. You're comfortable moving between the two.

2. Design it before you build it - Before you write any code for a feature, you'll write a short low-level design for it. You'll shape the REST APIs and data models across MongoDB and MySQL or PostgreSQL. You'll know when a document model makes sense, when a join is better, and which index will stop a query from crawling once the data grows.

3. You’ll plug things in - Our projects connect to third-party APIs, and sometimes that means Salesforce. You'll handle the auth handshakes, rate limits, and odd error responses, and the integration will hold up after go-live.

4. You ship it, and you keep it running - You'll deploy, monitor, and support applications on AWS. Your work isn't done at merge. It's done when the app runs well on EC2 or Lambda, the logs show what you need, and nobody gets paged at 2 AM.

5. The team gets better around you - You'll review pull requests with feedback that teaches, and you'll mentor junior developers. You'll write tests, and you'll write code people can read without having to ask you what it does.

6. No surprises, ever - You'll estimate your own work, and if something is slipping you'll say so on day two, not on day nine. You'll work with QA, project managers, and clients through UAT and release, and you'll explain a technical trade-off so a non-developer understands it.

It'll be awesome if you...

• Have 3 to 5 years of professional full-stack JavaScript experience, with at least 2 years on the MERN stack

• Write strong TypeScript and modern JavaScript, and understand ES6+, async patterns, and how the event loop behaves

• Have shipped React to production: hooks, state management (Redux Toolkit or React Query), and component design that scales

• Have shipped Next.js to production: App Router, SSR and SSG, server components, and route handlers

• Know Node.js and Express well: API design, JWT and OAuth 2.0 auth, validation, error handling, and logging

• Can design MongoDB schemas, indexes, and aggregation pipelines

• Can design MySQL or PostgreSQL schemas, write joins, add indexes, and tune slow queries

• Have hands-on AWS experience (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch), and have deployed and supported at least one production application yourself (this one's non-negotiable)

• Work with Git feature branches, pull requests, and code reviews as part of your daily routine

• Write and speak clear English with clients and teammates

• Built LLM features (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) into a product, with prompt design and RAG basics

• Docker and CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline)

• Tests in Jest, React Testing Library, or Playwright

• Redis, queues (SQS or BullMQ), and WebSockets

• GraphQL or serverless (Lambda and API Gateway)

• Salesforce REST APIs or Experience Cloud
