Mio in Copenhagen is hiring a Pizza Chef to join its high-volume, wood-fired kitchen. You will produce pizzas to our standards, using traditional ovens and fresh ingredients, contributing to a fast-paced service with a strong team. The role offers a full-time position within Waldorf Group's growing hospitality concept.

Qualifications

• Has previous experience as a Pizza Chef.
• Has experience working with wood-fired pizza ovens (preferred).
• Works efficiently without compromising on quality.
• Thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen.
• Is reliable, responsible, and a strong team player.
• Takes pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Preparing, topping, and baking pizzas in traditional wood-fired ovens.
• Managing the oven during service and ensuring consistent baking quality.
• Preparing ingredients and daily mise en place.
• Maintaining high quality and consistency throughout service.
• Working closely with the team to ensure an efficient production flow.
• Following food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures.
• Keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and efficient.
