Qualifications

• Proven experience as a plasterer or similar role.
• Familiar with plaster types and finishes.
• Able to read blueprints or technical drawings.
• Physically fit for heavy materials and long periods of standing.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Safety-conscious and precise workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming walls and ceilings.
• Mix plaster or other materials according to specific ratios.
• Apply plaster or other finishes to create smooth or textured surfaces.
• Use hand and power tools to cut and shape materials as needed.
• Repair any damaged surfaces before applying new finishes.
• Ensure all work is done accurately and meets quality standards.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Follow safety procedures at all times
