Job summary

Veo in Copenhagen is hiring a Full-Stack Software Engineer to turn match data and video into products coaches rely on daily. You’ll work across the stack, building frontend UX and scalable backend services in Python/Django and TypeScript/React, collaborating with product, design, and AI teams.

You’ll join a cross-functional team within the Coaching, Insights and Analysis group, contribute to architecture and data modeling, and help ship production-quality features while growing your skills in a

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, ideally in a product-led environment.
• Experience building and operating full-stack applications, with backend tech such as Python, Django or PostgreSQL, and frontend in TypeScript, Node.js and React.
• Openness to using modern AI tools as part of development workflows.
• Strong sense for building products that solve real problems and deliver value.
• Experience designing clean, maintainable systems with sound architectural judgment.
• Comfort contributing across the stack and collaborating with Product/Design.
• Thoughtful approach to testing, CI/CD, and production-quality systems.
• Growth mindset with curiosity for new tools and ways of working.
• Interest in sports, video technologies, or data-driven insights is a plus.

The Opportunity

The Coaching, Insights and Analysis group comprises three different teams and their mission is to help coaches and players better understand and learn from their matches through intuitive coaching and analysis tools. We’re looking for aFull-Stack Software Engineerto join us and help turn match data and video into products coaches rely on every day.

You’ll report to the Engineering Manager be part of across-functional product teamworking closely with engineers, product managers, and product designers to build and evolve these tools.

In this role, you’ll work across the stack: crafting intuitive frontend experiences, building scalable backend services, and contributing to systems that power Veo’s growing platform.

What You Will Do

• Contribute across thefull stack, building intuitive user interfaces while developing robust backend services and APIs.
• Take part in thefull product lifecycle- from ideation and design to development, deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
• Build and maintainscalable systemsthat support Veo’s growing platform and user base.
• Contribute totechnical discussions, architecture decisions, and data modelingthat shape the long-term direction of the product.
• Ensureperformance, reliability, and maintainabilityin the systems the team owns.
• Collaborate closely with other teams across Veo, including AI and platform teams, to integrate insights and video-driven features into the product.
• Contribute to ahealthy engineering culturethrough collaboration, code reviews, and shared ownership of the product.

What You Could Bring

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, ideally in a product-led environment.
• Experience building and operatingfull-stack applications, with proficiency in backend technologies such as Python, Django or PGSQL, and well as TypeScript, Node.js and React on the frontend side.
