Job summary

BESTSELLER’s ONLY Brand House is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to build and scale AI-powered solutions, splitting time between ONLY Brand House and Brand Tech to align business needs with digital capabilities.

You’ll work across the full stack with Vue, ExpressJS and Node.js, exploring generative AI, RAG and agentic frameworks, and prototyping quickly while learning and improving with the team. This on-site role is based in Brande, Denmark.

Qualifications

• Experience with full stack development across frontend and backend.
• Knowledge of generative AI models, RAG and agentic frameworks.
• Exposure to automation platforms and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business SMEs to identify AI/automation opportunities.
• Run time-boxed pilot projects to test potential and assumptions.
• Design and build AI solutions for specific business use cases.
• Lead AI practices within the developer team and share knowledge.

You’ll work across ONLY Brand House and Brand Tech, connecting business needs with digital possibilities. By working closely with both sides, you’ll get a strong understanding of the challenges we want to solve and the technology that can help us solve them.

You’ll be part of a skilled product team built on trust, autonomy, ownership and continuous improvement. Your time will be split evenly between ONLY Brand House and Brand Tech, putting you close to both the business and the developers building the solutions that support it.

YOUR ROLE

As our Full Stack Developer, you’ll build, test, break and learn. You’ll spot opportunities where AI and automation can make a real difference, prototype quickly and turn the best ideas into solutions that work in practice.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with subject matter experts across the business to identify opportunities for AI and automation
• Running time-boxed pilot projects to explore potential and test assumptions
• Ideating, designing and building AI solutions for specific business use cases
• Taking the lead on AI practices within the developer team and helping colleagues make the most of new tools and techniques
• Staying on top of developments within AI, from technology and data to what it takes to scale solutions successfully.

YOUR PROFILE

You don’t need 10 years of experience. You might have it, or you might be fresh out of school and already experimenting with AI, building things and testing what the technology can do. What matters is that you know how to develop, you’re genuinely curious about AI and enjoy learning together with others.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Strong full stack development capabilities across frontend and backend, using Vue, PrimeVue, ExpressJS and Node.js
• Practical knowledge of modern AI technologies, including generative models (LLMs/LRMs), RAG and agentic frameworks
• Familiarity with automation platforms such as Zapier, n8n and Microsoft Power Automate
• Skills within API design, MCP, microservices, integrations and cloud-based environments
• The ability to collaborate with non-technical colleagues and share knowledge across different areas of expertise

WORKPLACE: Brande, Denmark. Please note that the position is on-site.
