Job summary

Jelber is seeking freelance graphic designers to support an external marketing team across multiple clients. You will work on campaigns using existing brand identities, producing advertising visuals, packaging, web pages (HubSpot CMS) and sales materials.

The role is on-demand, remote within Europe, with ASAP start and flexible assignments. Ideal candidates are skilled in stills and simple motion, have strong Adobe CC and Figma proficiency, and are comfortable working within brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experienced graphic designer comfortable working within brand guidelines.
• Strong in stills and simple motion formats.
• Hands-on with AI video tools is a plus.
• Proficient in Adobe CC and Figma; HubSpot CMS is a bonus.
• Fast from brief to finished material with few revision rounds.
• English as working language.

Responsibilities

• Produce advertising creative across stills and simple motion formats.
• Develop AI-generated ad films and test messaging directions.
• Redesign packaging for existing products.
• Review and upgrade web and landing pages (HubSpot CMS).
• Create event visuals, invitations and landing pages.
• Prepare presentations, one-pagers and product sheets.
• Create social content, carousels and infographics.
• Deliver long-form assets: reports, guides, icons.

We are looking for one or more talented freelance designers to support an external marketing team that works as the marketing department for a range of different clients. The work is mostly small and medium-sized assignments across brands, and the need is ongoing rather than full-time. You need to get inside an existing visual identity quickly and execute within it, rather than developing a new brand from scratch.

The work

Advertising creative — 2–3 new creative directions per client every two weeks, across stills and simple motion formats

AI-generated ad films — simple films and video concepts that can be produced fast and used to test messaging, creative directions and performance

Packaging design — redesign and development of packaging for products already on the shelves

Web and landing pages — review and design upgrade of existing pages, including ones built in HubSpot CMS

Events and webinars — invitations, key visuals, social assets and landing pages

Presentations and sales material — PowerPoints, one-pagers, product sheets and proposal material

Content and social — LinkedIn creative, carousels, infographics and illustrations

Reports, guides and website assets — long-form layout, hero graphics, banners and icons

Profile

Experienced graphic designer, used to working inside someone else's brand guidelines

Strong in both stills and simple motion formats

Hands-on experience with AI video tools — a strong plus

Adobe CC and Figma

HubSpot CMS experience — a bonus if you have it

Fast from brief to finished material, with few rounds of revision

Own CVR number — required

English as working language
