Job description

Founding Full-Stack Engineer (AI-native) working alongside the CTO & founding team. You'll be at the forefront of building new AI features for residential and commercial real estate, and of integrating the platform into the day-to-day workflows of real estate agencies, including integration work with the systems they already use.

The problem we solve

Admin is one of the biggest costs in a real estate agency, and almost none of it sells a home. Agents lose around 8 hours a week to follow-ups, showing reports, contracts, KYC files and CRM updates, often in the evenings and at weekends. Agencies pay for this twice: in lost selling time, and in admin assistants who cost €35,000 to €45,000 a year each, fully loaded. In France alone, agencies spend roughly €600M a year on admin staff, about as much as the whole market spends on software, and far more than they spend on their CRM.

Our client is the AI assistant that takes that work off their hands. It connects to agents' email and calendar and handles the admin right from WhatsApp, between appointments. Agents get 1 to 3 hours back every day. In real estate, the first agent to follow up wins the mandate, and the platform makes sure that's always our customer's team.

Required Skills

• A full-stack engineer who is genuinely AI-native: uses AI daily to build better and faster, and sees AI as central to how software gets built in the future.
• Very curious, hungry to learn, high ownership, and up for startup pace and intensity.
• Positive, forward-looking energy that matches the founder team; has passions and interests outside work.
• Gets the problem, or is excited to learn the real estate admin space.
• Strong grasp of technology.

No fixed must-have checklist. Curiosity, hunger and a strong grasp of technology matter more than ticking boxes.

• Frontend: Next.js 16 and TypeScript, hosted on Vercel.
• Backend: Python and FastAPI, hosted on Railway.
• Data: Supabase Postgres (London); documents and knowledge base on AWS (Frankfurt).
• AI: Anthropic's Claude models, with Sonnet for chat and workflows and Haiku for background work.
• Integrations: Gmail, Outlook, calendars and WhatsApp, each through the provider's own API.

Qualifications

• Early in your career, with a few years of hands-on experience, ideally in a startup or scale-up.
• Has built products used by real businesses or customers (B2B or consumer); this matters a lot to us.
• Must already live in Denmark and have the right to work here.
