Job summary

Sentia Nederland is offering a flexible student position in Communications Support. You will gain hands-on experience across media, content production, coordination, and admin tasks while balancing your studies.

You will support planning, internal and executive communications, SEO content, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, operations, and product management. Fluency in Danish and English is required.

Qualifications

• You are pursuing a degree in communication, marketing, business, language, IT or similar.
• Strong written communication skills and enjoy working with content.
• Structured, detail-oriented and comfortable with coordination-heavy tasks.
• Enjoy supporting others and helping things run smoothly across teams.
• Fluent in Danish and English is mandatory.
• Curious, proactive and motivated to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and coordination of company-wide meetings and management forums.
• Assist internal communication related to leadership and business activities.
• Support article production and content development, including Sentia Authors content.
• Assist thought leadership support for Executive Leadership Team, including coordination and light social media monitoring.
• Help produce and update SEO pages and other digital content, plus ad hoc marketing and social tasks.
• Assist with customer operational communication and support development of service descriptions in Product Management.
• Provide general coordination and administrative support across teams.
