Job description

As a student assistant at HaugaardBraad, you become part of the fast-paced workday of a law firm characterised by strong professionalism and supportive colleagues. You will be given more than just routine tasks: you will be involved in the legal work as well, contributing to specific cases from day one.

As part of a dedicated student team, you will work closely together with attorneys and try your hand at different tasks within several of our business areas, giving you an insight into the various areas of legal expertise.

You will have a great deal of influence on when and how many hours you work: in other words, a great deal of freedom and flexibility with responsibility.

Practical experience

Expect a steep learning curve with responsibility and variation in your work, which includes legal opinions and assessments, memoranda, pleadings, and preparation of cases across several areas of law. The more you develop your skills, the more complex and independent tasks you will be given. And you won’t be alone – you will be working closely with colleagues who place a high priority on providing mentoring and feedback.
