Bosch Nordic is seeking a Finnish-speaking Business Operations Specialist to join the Power Tools Nordic Business Operations team in Ballerup. You will coordinate across Sales, Logistics, and service providers, driving customer experience and process improvements.

With a background in business systems (SAP, ERP/CRM) and advanced Excel, you will support campaigns, returns, reporting, and be a key user of SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Advanced Excel skills. Experience with SAP and Process Mining is an advantage.
• Fluency in Finnish is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating operational topics across customers, Sales, Logistics, warehouses, and external service providers, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and the customer experience remains strong.
• Supporting and improving business processes related to campaigns, supply chain activities, product returns, and customer communication, while ensuring alignment with internal policies and procedures.
• Serving as a key user and expert in SAP and other business systems.
• Managing internal and external reporting, keeping process documentation up to date, and supporting process improvements.
