Job summary

SwiftMove Logistics in Aalborg, Denmark is looking for a skilled Finisher to apply finishing touches to surfaces, including priming, painting, varnishing or staining on wood, metal and plastic. You will prepare materials, select finishes and ensure consistency of results.

Responsibilities include using hand and power tools safely, inspecting final products for quality, following safety rules, and collaborating with teammates to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Previous experience as a Finisher or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions.
• Knowledge of different finishes and their application methods.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for finishing by cleaning, sanding and applying primer.
• Apply various finishes such as paint, varnish or stain to wood, metal and plastic.
• Use hand and power tools to smooth surfaces and remove imperfections.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean working environment at all times.
• Inspect finished products for quality and make adjustments as needed.
• Communicate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
