Job summary

Private Equity Insights in Copenhagen is seeking a Finance Manager to own the finances of one portfolio company, driving robust financial reporting and partnering with leadership on budgets and strategic decisions.

You will manage cash flow, payments, payroll and P&L, ensure tax, VAT and transfer pricing compliance, and report to investors on a monthly basis while participating in board meetings to support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree with outstanding results.
• +8 years of work experience in finance, auditing or assurance.
• EU work permit.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Highly process oriented and systematic.

Responsibilities

• Monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting of financial and operational performance.
• Day-to-day finance operations including cash flow, payments, payroll and P&L.
• Compliance with tax, VAT and transfer pricing standards.
• Support and report to management on budgets and management accounts.

Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will vary; however, some of them will be to:

• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting of both financial and operational performance
• Assume responsibility for day to day finance operations such as cash flow, payments, payroll and P&L
• Secure compliance with relevant standards and rules within tax, VAT and transfer pricing
• Support and report to management on strategic decisions (budgets, management accounts etc.)
