Job summary

Freudenberg Group is seeking a Cleaning Assistant (f/m/d) for Ringkøbing. The role covers daily cleaning of offices, meeting rooms, and welfare areas, with emphasis on hygiene and safe handling of cleaning materials. You will coordinate cleaning schedules with internal teams and ensure high sanitation standards.

The position is full-time and requires Danish fluency and basic English. Applicants should be able to work independently and follow established cleanliness guidelines.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment.
• Understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Experience working independently and managing cleaning tasks according to schedules.
• Relevant cleaning or hygiene certifications are considered an advantage.
• Danish (Verbally fluent, writing fluent, reading fluent).
• English (Verbally basic to intermediate, writing basic, reading intermediate).
• Basic knowledge of workplace health, safety, and hygiene requirements.
• Ability to safely handle cleaning chemicals and materials.
• Basic user skills in digital communication tools (e-mail, mobile applications, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Execute daily cleaning activities in offices, meeting rooms, production-related welfare areas, canteen facilities, reception areas, restrooms, and other assigned locations in accordance with established standards.
• Maintain high hygiene and sanitation standards by cleaning, disinfecting, and replenishing consumables such as soap, paper products, and sanitary supplies.
• Execute waste collection, sorting, and disposal procedures in compliance with company guidelines and environmental requirements.
• Monitor cleanliness standards throughout the facility, identify areas requiring additional attention, and implement corrective cleaning actions as needed.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding cleaning schedules, special cleaning requirements, maintenance needs, and workplace hygiene concerns.
