Job summary

PrimeLedger Associates is seeking a Facade Specialist to oversee installation and maintenance of building facades in Aarhus. You will lead projects from design to completion, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in facade installation or maintenance, strong leadership, and excellent communication to collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients on budget and schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in facade installation or maintenance.
• Strong understanding of construction principles and facade materials.
• Excellent project management and prioritization skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong quality control.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret design specifications.
• Strong communication skills with clients and team members.
• Experience managing budgets is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation of building facades meeting safety standards and design specs
• Manage maintenance and repair projects for existing facades
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure proper design and functionality
• Coordinate with clients to understand needs and provide solutions
• Conduct regular inspections to identify issues or repairs needed
