Job summary

BaseDynamics is seeking a skilled Facade Engineer to join our team in Kolding, Denmark. You will design and implement innovative facade solutions, working closely with architects, contractors and engineers to ensure projects meet timeline and budget.

You will prepare technical drawings and specifications, oversee fabrication and installation, and conduct site inspections to maintain quality and code compliance. Visa sponsorship and relocation support are available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in facade engineering or similar role.
• Knowledge of building codes, materials and construction techniques related to facades.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop facade systems according to project requirements and specifications.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost estimations for proposed facade designs.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors and other professionals to ensure plans are feasible and code compliant.
• Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for facade systems.
• Oversee the fabrication, installation and maintenance of facade systems.
• Perform site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design plans.
• Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during the design or installation process.
