As a Project Cost Controller, you will take ownership of overall project cost control on large capex projects while guiding and setting the professional direction for colleagues in the cost control discipline. You will collaborate across teams and departments, providing sparring for project management and ensuring financial rigour throughout project execution.

In Global Manufacturing & Supply, we cover the full value chain from drug and device development to marketed Novo Nordisk products. We are more than 30,000 colleagues across the globe with the shared responsibility of scaling molecules, processes, devices, and products, dedicated to supplying life‑saving medicines to the patients who need them most.
You will join the growing API Investment Project Office (IPO), supporting the largest construction projects across the API organisation. IPO consists of five teams where the culture is open, engaged, curious and inclusive. Our team of 30 people is diverse and committed to fostering continuous learning and improvement. Presence on site in Kalundborg is expected 3 days per week.

For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from DKK 570.000 to 838.100, corresponding to the level of the position. The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
The salary package may include short‑term and/or long‑term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
