Qualifications

• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning, sanding, or applying base coats.
• Measure and mix plaster according to specific ratios and consistency.
• Apply plaster using hand or power tools.
• Smooth out imperfections and ensure even coverage of plaster.
• Create decorative finishes such as stucco or ornamental designs.
• Repair damaged plaster surfaces as needed.
• Follow safety procedures at all times.
