Job summary

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow project plans and blueprints to determine the location of utilities, structures and other features.
• Dig trenches to required depths using proper techniques.
• Load and unload materials using the excavator bucket or attachments.
• Maintain the excavator by performing routine inspections and repairs.
• Communicate with other team members to ensure safe and efficient operations on the construction site.
