Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, no-nonsense approach and set the tone for the evening.
• Set up, restock, and maintain a fresh buffet according to Comfort manuals and food safety guidelines.
• Keep the dining area clean, tidy, and buzzing with welcoming energy; work with colleagues to maintain the vibe.
• Clear tables quickly, manage dishwashing, and ensure the buffet line is topped up during service hours.
• Assist guests with basic questions about food options and entry check-ins.
• Work hours with shifts between 15:00-00:00 and weekends/holidays.
