Job summary

ALK is seeking an Associate Market Access Director to shape and execute market access strategies for its Europe-focused portfolio. You will translate clinical, economic and real-world evidence into compelling value propositions to support HTA submissions, reimbursement decisions and product launches.

You will lead EU-focused market access projects across therapeutic areas and collaborate with international teams, affiliates and partners.

Qualifications

• You have 10+ years of experience in market access and a track record in launches.
• Master's degree in natural sciences or closely related field.
• You demonstrate strategic thinking, stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Shape EU market access, HEOR and real-world evidence strategies.
• Develop value dossiers and support HTA submissions for EU countries.
• Collaborate with affiliates, licensees and partners on pricing and reimbursement.
• Build relationships with payers and HTA bodies across Europe.
• Manage HEOR publications and value communication activities.
• Support portfolio prioritisation and market access growth projects.
• Integrate market access insights into development and lifecycle decisions.
