Job summary

MGS Design & Development A/S seeks a Quality Manager to own and develop the EU Tooling Group Quality Management System across Roskilde (DK) and Anderstorp (SE). You will ensure ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 compliance, drive QMS digitalization, and create a unified quality framework translated into practical processes across sites.

You will coordinate audits, manage non-conformities, and lead management reviews while fostering a culture of quality, environment and continuous improvement across Denmark

Qualifications

• Proven experience within quality management and development of Quality Management Systems.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
• Experience with internal and external audits.
• Experience with digital Quality Management Systems.
• Ability to translate standards into practical processes.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and process owners.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the EU Tooling Group Quality Management System.
• Maintain and improve the QMS in line with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
• Establish a common QMS across Roskilde and Anderstorp.
• Drive the digitalization and implementation of the QMS.
• Coordinate audits and manage non-conformities and corrective actions.
• Plan and facilitate Management Review meetings and report outcomes.
• Support a culture of quality and continuous improvement across EU Tooling.
