Job summary

Esbjerg Construction Co. in Esbjerg, Denmark, seeks an entry-level Tiler to join our team. You will install and repair tiles on walls, floors, and ceilings, starting your career in construction with hands-on training and growth opportunities.

The role involves measuring, cutting, preparing surfaces, applying adhesive, laying tiles neatly, grouting and sealing, and occasionally repairing tiles as needed. Freshers are welcome to apply with the listed requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous tiling experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions.
• Basic math for measuring and calculating tile quantities.
• Good physical stamina for standing, bending and lifting heavy materials.
• Attention to detail and precision.

Responsibilities

• Measure and mark surfaces to be tiled.
• Cut tiles to fit around obstacles and into corners.
• Prepare surfaces by leveling and cleaning them.
• Apply adhesive and lay tiles in a neat and precise manner.
• Grout and seal tiles to create a finished look.
• Repair or replace damaged tiles as needed.
