Job summary

BrightHire in Herning is seeking an entry-level Roofer to join our team. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of 1,200 USD per month and on-the-job training provided.

We welcome applicants who can work in Denmark and are physically fit to work at heights. You will assist experienced roofers in installing, repairing and maintaining roofs, learning the trade and developing new skills in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to work at heights in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions from experienced roofers.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools is preferred but not required.
• Must have own visa or be eligible to work in Denmark.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of new roofs using materials such as shingles, tiles, or metal.
• Repair damaged roofs by replacing broken or missing shingles, tiles, or flashing.
• Perform routine maintenance on existing roofs such as cleaning gutters and inspecting for leaks.
• Work alongside experienced roofers to learn proper techniques and safety procedures.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations while working at heights.
