MasterFix Solutions in Horsens is hiring an entry level painter to support our painting team on local sites. You will assist experienced painters with surface prep, mix paints, and apply finishes while keeping areas clean and safe.

This role emphasizes learning on the job, following instructions, and communicating with the team. English skills are required; Danish proficiency is a plus. The position offers growth within the company and an introductory training program.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of painting techniques and tools.
• Follow instructions and pay attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend and lift for extended periods.
• Willingness to learn from experienced painters.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Danish proficiency is a plus.
• Must be eligible to work in Denmark without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced painters with preparing surfaces and materials for painting.
• Use various tools and techniques to apply paint varnish and other finishes to surfaces.
