AlSafe Finance Kuwait is seeking an entry-level Merchandiser to work in Aalborg, Denmark. You will visit stores, set up product displays, and ensure shelves are stocked and visually appealing. This role suits someone starting a career in retail merchandising with strong attention to detail and good communication.

No prior merchandising experience is required, but any retail exposure is a plus and a biometric passport is preferred. Accommodation may be available on request.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; merchandising education a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow visual guidelines for product display.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Biometric passport or ability to obtain one is preferred.
• Previous merchandising/retail experience not required but considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail stores to set up displays and ensure products are properly stocked and presented.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with store managers to restock products as needed.
• Create visually appealing displays that highlight our brand and products.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and make recommendations on product placement.
• Collaborate with sales team to develop strategies for increasing product visibility and sales.
• Maintain accurate records of store visits inventory levels and sales data.
