Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately.

• Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation and removal of concrete formwork.
• Measure and cut materials according to project specifications.
• Set up and maintain safety barriers and scaffolding.
• Mix and pour concrete into forms.
• Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete.
• Clean and maintain tools and equipment.
