Job summary

BrightHire in Roskilde, Denmark is seeking an entry-level Formworker to join our on-site construction team. You will help construct formwork for concrete structures and gain hands-on experience in the trades.

No prior experience is required, but reading blueprints, using hand and power tools, and lifting heavy materials are daily tasks. On-the-job training and accommodation support are provided.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required but background in construction or skilled trades preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Valid work visa for Denmark sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Measure and mark cutting lines on materials according to blueprints or drawings.
• Cut and shape materials to specified measurements using hand tools or power saws.
• Drill holes in concrete structures using power tools.
• Assemble and secure formwork for pouring concrete structures.
• Install reinforcing bars and other structural components.
• Remove forms once concrete has dried and clean up work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and regulations on site.
