Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior construction managers in planning and organizing construction projects.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Communicate with contractors, subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review project plans and specifications to identify potential issues and make necessary adjustments.
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets and schedules for construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on job sites.
• Manage project documentation including contracts, permits, change orders etc.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
