Job summary

Radiometer, a Danaher operating company, seeks an experienced Endpoint Manager to own the organization''s endpoint management strategy. You will lead deployment of Intune, Autopilot, and Microsoft 365 tools, aligning with security and compliance requirements.

You will partner with IT, security, and business teams worldwide to deliver secure, scalable endpoint solutions and drive automation to modernize the digital workplace. This role is on-site in Brønshøj, Denmark.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise endpoint environments (Windows and mobile).
• Hands-on with Intune, Endpoint Manager, Autopilot, and Microsoft 365 tech.
• Experience with endpoint security, compliance, patching, and lifecycle management.
• Scripting and endpoint automation experience.

Endpoint Manager (individual contributor) is responsible for owning and driving the organization's endpoint management strategy, ensuring that all devices remain secure, compliant, and optimized throughout their lifecycle. You will lead the management and continuous improvement of endpoint technologies, including Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and related Microsoft ecosystem tools. Working closely with IT Support, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity teams, you will help maintain a secure and modern digital workplace while enhancing the end-user experience. You will also identify opportunities for automation, implement technology improvements, and contribute to workplace modernization initiatives.

This position reports to the Senior Manager of Global IT Support and is part of the Global IT Support & Infrastructure team, located in our headquarter in Brønshøj, Denmark. This will be an on-site role.

• Lead workplace modernization initiatives using Microsoft cloud-native technologies and automation.
• Partner with international IT, security, and business teams to deliver secure and scalable endpoint solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts that directly enhance employee productivity and end-user satisfaction.

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise endpoint environments, including Windows, mobile devices, and modern management platforms.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, Autopilot, Microsoft 365 technologies, and preferably Configuration Manager (SCCM).
• Demonstrated experience with endpoint security, compliance management, patching strategies, and device lifecycle management.
• Experience with scripting and endpoint automation.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements

• Some travel is to be expected, for participating in team events and/or workshops. No more than 5% travel is expected.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience leading projects, driving process improvements, and working with cross-functional stakeholders in a complex global environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Experience working in regulated industries such as healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences.
• Experience with Snowflake Cyera.
