Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in elevator installation preferred but not required.
• Strong mechanical skills and ability to read blueprints.
• Physical strength to lift heavy equipment and work at heights.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install elevators according to specifications and safety regulations.
• Read and interpret blueprints to determine placement of equipment.
• Test all installed equipment for proper functioning.
• Troubleshoot and repair any issues with elevators.
• Perform routine maintenance on elevators.
• Keep detailed records of work completed and materials used.
