Job summary

The Maersk Group - A.P. Møller Mærsk is seeking a Category Manager – Project Procurement in Tinglev, Denmark. In this role, you will manage procurement activities related to electronics outsourcing and lead supplier selection processes.

You will collaborate closely with multiple departments, such as R&D and Quality, to ensure successful procurement strategies. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in procurement of electronic components and a strong technical understanding of electronics.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in procurement of electronic components and/or electronics manufacturing services.
• Established network within electronics components and manufacturing.
• Solid technical understanding of electronics, e.g., electrical engineering background.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for key component suppliers, distributors, and EMS contracts.
• Lead supplier selection and approval with R&D and Quality.
• Create and maintain pricing in bills of material during project development.
