Job summary

Solvexis Consult is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor for a construction project in Fredericia. You will supervise electrical and instrumentation installation activities, coordinate electricians and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with schedule, safety and quality requirements.

You will work closely with the client, contracting teams and engineering partners, participating in meetings, monitoring progress, and supporting documentation and QA activities throughout the project

Qualifications

• Relevant electrical qualification (electrician/electrical engineer or equivalent).
• Proven experience supervising electrical installations on construction/industrial projects.
• Knowledge of LV installations, testing, energisation and LOTO procedures.
• Experience with electrical panels and control systems.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and project docs.
• Experience with QA inspections, punch lists and system handover.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Structured, safety-conscious approach.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical and instrumentation installation activities on site.
• Coordinate daily work of electrical contractors and subcontractors.
• Participate in project meetings with contractor, subcontractors, and client.
• Monitor progress, delays, and supply-chain challenges.
• Support contract-management, including progress evaluation and change orders.
• Provide E&I technical support with commissioning team.
• Inspect installation and testing of LV distribution, DCS, BMS panels.
• Ensure timely drawings and deliverables.
• Review schedules and report risks to project leads.
• Coordinate energisation and LOTO in line with procedures.
• Conduct QA walkdowns and identify quality issues.
• Support punch-list close-out after mechanical completion.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and QA standards.
• Maintain progress records and communicate status to stakeholders.
