Semco Maritime in Denmark seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer, Technical Lead to own the electrical installation scope in a major Arctic ship project. Based in Frederikshavn, you will lead design-to-production activities and ensure compliance with naval and classification standards.

You will coordinate with engineering, procurement, fabrication, and quality teams, guide installation methods, support safety and quality, and act as the technical point of contact with suppliers.

Competenze

• A BSc or MSc in marine or electrical engineering.
• Solid experience in shipbuilding, heavy industry or offshore projects.
• Min. 5 years relevant experience.
• Familiarity with international classification rules (DNV/ABS).
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Defining and planning electrical installation methods from design through production, including installation sequencing and coordination with stakeholders.
• Participating in the production engineering process to support quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Supporting development of electrical discipline project plans and resource estimates.
• Lead parts of the installations scope when in construction.
• Acting as the technical point of contact internally and with suppliers for electrical and instrumentation matters.
• Providing technical input to procurement and defining requirements for electrical installation equipment and tools.
