Profession Driver in Faroe Islands. Preference for local or EU nationals, but all qualified applicants are welcome to apply. Salary $1700 per month.

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Driver to join our team in the beautiful Faroe Islands. As a Driver you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods and passengers to various destinations across the island. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys driving and exploring new places.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles in a safe and professional manner.
• Load and unload goods ensuring proper handling and securing of cargo.
• Transport passengers to designated locations following all traffic laws and regulations.
• Conduct regular vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues to management.
• Keep accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption and maintenance logs.
• Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues and supervisors.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a professional driver.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Knowledge of road safety rules and regulations in Faroe Islands.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Danish or Faroese is an advantage.
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects if required.
