Ocado Logistics is hiring part-time Delivery Team Members to join our customer-focused team. You’ll drive, engage with customers, and follow pre-planned routes using our automated system to ensure on-time deliveries.

No prior experience is required; training is provided. The role offers flexible 3x8-hour shifts, paid breaks, and a transparent pay structure with premiums that raise hourly earnings above base pay.

Qualifications

In return, we use our automated technology to pre plan your route and pre-load your van!

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team and perfect for those looking for a part-time schedule. You will work 3 x 8-hour shifts each week with shifts scheduled on different days each week. On top of your base pay you will receive premiums that will increase your average hourly earnings to £13.86 per hour.

So what do we need from you?

You don't need any previous experience to join our good-natured team, just bring yourself and a positive attitude, and our amazing training team will do the rest!

But you will need the following Driving Licence Requirements:

• Full UK or EU driving licence.
• Minimum of 12 months driving experience
• Maximum of 6 penalty points.
• No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years.

Some deliveries involve the handling of alcohol products, so you must be over 18 to apply.

As this is a customer facing role, good communication skills are also essential.

Contract Type:Permanent, Part-Time

Contract Hours:24 hours per week (including paid breaks)

Contracted days:You will be required to work any 3 days out of 7 doing 8 hour shifts, and will be provided with further information during pre-boarding.

Shifts:AM & PM. You may start as early as 05:30 in the morning, and can finish as late as 12:00 (midnight). Please check your commute time prior to applying. You will receive your shift rota up to 13 weeks in advance.

Pay Structure:The position is lunar paid. This means you will be paid every 4 weeks according to a monthly schedule. Please take this into consideration when applying.
