Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Salesperson to support the DIY customer base, both in-store and by phone. The role requires basic automotive knowledge, strong customer service, and the ability to work as part of a team.

The position can be part time or full time and requires flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Training is provided to enhance product and parts knowledge, with emphasis on accuracy in inventory and POS operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in-store and by phone.

• Provide DIY services such as battery installation and wiper replacement.
• Maintain store product and operational standards and inventory accuracy.
• Handle inventory processes including put-away, cycle counts, and back stock.
