Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a diligent dishroom attendant to clean, transport and store all china, glassware and silverware, while maintaining spotless standards in the kitchen, dish area and back dock. You will break down and run dish machines, sort and store wares, and assist with general cleaning duties to support a seamless guest experience in our hospitality environment.

Excellent teamwork, reliability and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are essential, as is English communication,

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
• Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
• Can communicate well with guests and work as a team.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of dishroom, kitchen aisle, and dock.
• Break down trays, set up dish machine, wash dishware, and sort/store wares.
• Empty trashcans and wash inside and outside.
• Thoroughly clean dock area and dumpster.
• Break down dish machine and clean inside and outside.
• Clean all breakdown tables.
• Clean tile walls and baseboards.
• Perform other job related duties as assigned.
