Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans using industrial grade dishwashing equipment.
• Properly store clean dishes and utensils for future use.
• Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen surfaces including counters, floors and equipment.
• Empty trash bins and ensure proper disposal of garbage.
• Assist with food preparation as needed.
• Follow all sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.
