Job summary

Agilent Technologies, Inc. seeks a Director to lead the Clinical & Diagnostics Division (CDD) Project Management Office.

This high-visibility role governs portfolio strategy, drives investment decisions, and enables scalable PMO practices to support growth and innovation across the division. The Director will collaborate with senior leaders to translate strategy into execution, optimize resources, and build a high-performance PMO organization that delivers measurable results and strengthens

Qualifications

8+ years' experience in project/program/portfolio management leading large scale, complex projects and/or portfolios.
Proven leadership managing PMO or related groups in matrixed environments.
Deep expertise in PMO methods and portfolio governance; PMP or equivalent credentials preferred.
Experience in regulated healthcare or life sciences is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Head the CDD PMO, developing capability, talent, performance management, and succession planning.
Own portfolio planning and governance, roadmaps, investments, and resource allocation.
Ensure execution excellence for new product introductions and strategic initiatives.
Drive organizational change and standardization of tools and processes.
Advise division leadership with portfolio insights and strategic planning support.
