Job summary

Pharmacosmos A/S in Denmark is seeking a Director of Drug Safety Operations to lead the global safety operations function with a focus on people leadership, operational excellence, and innovation. You will oversee a team of Drug Safety Associates while ensuring compliance with global pharmacovigilance requirements and regulatory readiness.

The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of pharmacovigilance, and fluency in Danish and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, nursing, pharmacy, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in drug safety, pharmacovigilance, and preferably direct experience in Safety Operations.
• Demonstrated people‑leadership and management capabilities, with a history of motivating teams and driving performance.
• Strong understanding of global pharmacovigilance regulations, ICH guidelines, and global safety reporting requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
