Job summary

Saxo Bank is seeking a Digital Risk and Control Specialist to strengthen the CISO Office. You will identify, assess, report, and mitigate digital risks across cybersecurity, privacy, data protection, AI, and technology, safeguarding clients and the firm.

You will develop risk management strategies, oversee control effectiveness, and work with cross-functional teams to enhance operational resilience and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced financial environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of risk management in financial institutions.
• Strong expertise in cybersecurity, privacy, data protection, and tech risk.
• Familiar with NIST CSF 2.0 and NIST RMF.
• Knowledge of DORA regulatory requirements.
• Certifications such as CRISC, CISSP, or CISM desirable.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

You will be responsible for identifying, assessing, reporting, and mitigating digital risks, including cybersecurity, privacy, data protection, AI, Physical security and technology risks. Your expertise will ensure operational resilience and maintain the trust of our clients and stakeholders.Your primary objectives will include understanding the information security risk landscape, maintaining oversight of control effectiveness, developing strategies to minimize risks, and adopting new technologies to enhance operational resilience.
