Digital Content & SEO Specialist

At Born Donor Bank, we are looking for a Digital Content & SEO Specialist who can combine strong writing skills with a structured, data-driven approach to SEO. You understand that great content is not only well-written, but also visible, discoverable, and effective.
You will join an international marketing team based in Aarhus, working hands‑on with websites across multiple markets and languages.
About the role
This role is centered on execution and continuous refinement of our digital content across markets.
You will produce, optimise, and maintain content that supports both user needs and business objectives. You will report directly to the E‑Commerce Manager.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Writing and structuring web content that is clear, precise, and targeted
- Building and maintaining landing pages
- Optimising content based on SEO, AEO, and GEO principles
- Conducting keyword research and identifying new content opportunities
- Supporting campaigns with relevant and consistent content
- Updating and improving existing pages based on data and performance
- Contributing to ongoing refinement of structure, messaging, and user experience
You will work closely with the marketing team while owning and driving your own deliverables.

Your background
We imagine that you have a relevant educational background within communication, marketing, or digital business development – for example communication, journalism, business administration (Cand.merc.), ITKO, or digital design.
Regardless of your background, you have hands‑on experience with content and SEO and are used to creating and optimising digital content in practice. What matters most is your ability to translate that knowledge into high‑quality execution and SEO‑driven content that performs.
It is an advantage if you:
- Have experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Duda or similar)
- Have worked with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, AccuRanker, or Screaming Frog
- Have experience with international markets or multiple languages
- Have worked with performance data (traffic, rankings, engagement)
- Have basic experience with image editing and graphic design
