Job summary

Vattenfall is seeking a Student Assistant in Digital Content Creation & Storytelling to support the Digital Engineering team within BA Wind. Based in Kolding, you will develop engaging stories about engineers and innovations across Europe, turning complex topics into accessible content.

You’ll work with interviews, video production, and AI-generated visuals, collaborating with colleagues across Denmark, Sweden, Germany, the Netherlands and the UK.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a relevant programme with 2–3 years remaining.
• Strong storytelling and copywriting skills.
• Experience creating and editing video content with current tools.
• Understanding of social media and short-form content.
• Fluent in English and proactive, organized.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative content ideas and storytelling concepts for internal channels.
• Plan and produce short-form videos, interviews, photo stories and other formats.
• Conduct interviews and transform technical topics into engaging stories.
• Film and edit content from concept to delivery.
• Create AI-generated visuals when traditional filming isn’t possible.
• Publish and adapt content for different channels and audiences.
• Support internal campaigns and communication initiatives.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity following brand guidelines.
• Assist content calendars and planning.
• Explore new digital tools and trends to improve engagement.
